         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. It's important that expectations and standards are made clear to students so that they have a full understanding of the expectations for the group.<br>2. There are several ways to assess individual learning and performance. For example, short essays, journal entries, individual tests, and quizzes.&nbsp;<br>3. Assessing process as well as product is important, you can do this by assessing the ability to generate a range of ideas, listen respectfully to different perspectives, distribute work fairly, resolve differences, and communicate effectively.</div>]]></description>

It was discouraging to be part of a group project and no one would help so that left the weight to get the project done on just one person. There was not a group effort to get the project done.<br>We also connected it to how our high school teachers did not have clear rubrics. Not having clear rubrics created confusion on what to do to receive a good grade on the project. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
