But Roberto starts school when the cotton season is over. I do think it is hard for them to do well in school because of the fact that they move around a lot and that they have to work and make money for their families. And Roberto has to wait a longer time to go to school which is affecting his education.

This makes it harder for them because they don't speak the language very well. and since he has missed so many grades it will be hard for him to catch up. It will also be hard for them to make good friends because they are so different and always moving places so he cant stay with the same friends for very long. Being a migrant child worker will affect their school experience negatively
