I liked this article a lot because it gave me insight into seeing how there are still a lot of things a school needs to consider when it comes to therapy dogs. I loved how therapy dogs help with mental health both in adults and students. But I've only been thinking of the positives without remembering there are a lot of things one needs to consider before even allowing a therapy dog in a school.

Mental health is a serious issue many students and even adults face, especially in schools. I liked this video I found on tik tok because it showcased just by bringing therapy dogs into a school and allowing their students to simply pet the dogs, many students started to smile and even adults had to opportunity to pet the dogs. Which overall made the students happier which is key to helping one's mental health. Just by allowing yourself to relax, even by simply petting a dog can really improve your mental health for the better.
