Our group chose dribbling, catching, throwing, accuracy drills, twist feint, and jump shot this unit. We worked as a group throughout the unit to practice and perfect these skills till the end. My group demonstrated many interpersonal skills throughout the unit. For example, we constantly showed effective communication as we figured out exactly what to do each lesson, who would be recording, and how we would organise the class. This could clearly be seen through our evidences in lessons 3, 5, 6, 9 ,11, and 13 (group recordings) as we did group recordings and each of them were very organised with different people talking and everyone knew what to do at what time. This was all pre-organised as a group as we discussed and worked through what the order of the skills were gonna be, and how long we would perform each. Another example of effective communication is when one person said "3, 2 1 go " in the Lesson 13 video at the timestamp of 0:39 and everyone was able to respond and coordinate. Another interpersonal skill we showed through out the unit was giving and receiving feedback. We constantly used this interpersonal skill to help all of the people in our group get better. To do this, in some of the lessons (lessons 8, 10 , and 12, go to my individual recordings) , each person performed their selected skills of the lesson individually and the others gave feedback after each skill. For example this can be seen in the recording "Lesson 10 - Pariyat" at the timestamp 4:00 when Eedha was giving me feedback about how I could improve my jumpshot by make it more like a lay up. In addition to the feedback we gave each other, we also demonstrated the inclusiveness interpersonal skill. To demonstrate this skill we were always trying to make everyone feel included. To do this we made individual videos with each person getting feedback in some classes ( lessons 8, 10, and 12, look at my individual recordings) , so that every single person in our group could receive proper and undivided feedback. Another interpersonal skill we demonstrated was problem solving when we overcame challenges together and used critical thinking skills to discuss ideas about how to demonstrate the skills we chose at home with limited space and limited resources. We also demonstrated the skill "Supporting and encouraging others" skill exceptionally and this can be seen when we always complimented each other on something that we did well before giving feedback. For example, you can see that Paloma really encouraged me by saying that my accuracy drills were really good in the video "Lesson 10 - Pariyat" at 2:27.

Our plan for the lessons depended on if we were doing more skills or less skills, if we were doing a group or individual recording, and if we were going to all choose the same skills or different ones. We usually decided to have a personal practice off camera of the skills we chose for that day first, and then recorded it. It was really hard for me to adjust to this game because I had a very tiny bouncy ball at first. When I first started playing with the tiny bouncy ball, you could clearly see that I had little or no control over the ball. The ball went everywhere and even rolled under my bed a few times. I really started adapting to the situation by gaining more control over the ball and pushing our sofa a bit backwards so I could put my computer to record us there and still have enough space to perform. I was also constantly adjusting the camera while recording to make sure I was in frame. .This can be seen I finally managed to get a basketball and since I had adapted to gaining control over the small ball, it was exceptionally easy to get into control with the basketball. This can be seen as I switched to a basketball in Lesson 9. When we chose the skills we made sure that we had a range of them and they all taught us something important.Catching, throwing, and dribbling were the main foundations of Handball which we knew we had to include to perform well in a real game. The twist feint and jump shot were skills more specific to handball but really important ones, especially the jump shot which is one of the main Handball skills. We decided on the twist feint because of a video for Handball skills that our teacher shared with us. We also chose accuracy drills (dribbling around objects)because it would really help us in improving our aim and accuracy which we thought was important. As we progressed we found that there are mini skills within the skills we chose that would really improve our performance. For Catching we put in a low catch, a bounce catch and a chest catch, for Throwing we had a chest throw, an overhead throw and a throw feint, and for Dribbling we put in low dribbling and pace change dribbling. These were very important to learn so we could be more diverse in a real game and now exactly what to do while playing and challenge ourselves as well. After hearing individual feedback from each other we decided that we could add even more practice and we planned out our lessons so we would first individually practice, then practice as a group (gave each other feedback) and only then would we record.

We practiced all the skills a lot and really improved on them. We knew the postures and techniques needed for each. For dribbling, we knew that you should keep your knees slightly bent, dribble with your fingers and defend with your other hand. At first, in lessons, dribbling was very hard to manage with a small ball. You could see that my back was too bent over trying to keep the ball in control (Lesson 6). But after I got feedback on it in one of the lessons you could see by lesson 13 I had the correct technique. For catching, correct technique is to extend your arms out and step towards the ball to catch it. You could see that in Lesson 5 I barely had any control and always dropped the ball but in Lesson 13 I always caught it and had correct technique. What really helped me was receiving feedback and changing balls. For throwing, you should always go a step forward when you throw it and make sure you aim correctly and have the right amount of force. However, it wasn't possible for us to move a step forward in our space so we decided on leaning forward a little bit. you can see that in Lesson 13. For Accuracy drills, we had to have the correct postures of dribbling and also have great aim to swerve around the objects. In lesson 5 you could see I had too big turns and couldn't keep my ball in control as much as I could in Lesson 13 where my aim was perfect and my turns were concise. The twist feint allows defenders to think that we're taking the ball one way and then we would actually go the other and shoot, smoothly and fast. At first I didn't do the jumping and shooting part but when one of my groupmates pointed it out I did and you can see the improvement in the "Pariyat Lesson 12" and Lesson 13 recording. Jump shot is used for scoring in a game and should have a run up and a jump. You could see that I wasn't doing much of the run up in "Pariyat - Lesson 10" at 2:04 but I was able to do it correctly in Lesson 13. Overall I think what really helped me improve was feedback and the change of balls. The main difficulties that I faced was having a space and a small ball but I was able to get a bigger one and learn to utilise my space wisely. Some of the fitness components we covered were control, balance, muscular strength (throwing), aim, and agility.
