The I can statements are awesome!  This is also a great format for virtual learning as well.  We talked about how you have had an increase of emails, but I feel like you are getting a lot of student feedback/product/etc.. with this playlist
Grow - With using Google Classroom, you can link the assignment submission page.  That could make it a tidbit easier.

Grow - do these discussions take place in class?  Are there opportunities of places virtually they are able to discuss for students who may or may not be in class.

I'm sure you typically do this when assigning, but linking all activities on your playlist would be helpful for students to not have to go back and forth on screens

I have also used pre assessments to direct students to certain directions with activities. It has worked well for me in the past. The issue I seem to have with students that are not in class is reading the instructions to know where they are suppose to start based on the pre assessment score. I can definitely see how this holds students accountable and keeps them on task.
