• Hajj helps us with physical training 

As it needs a lot of energy to do most of its steps. That is why in Islam, it is stated that Hajj is obligatory only for those who can afford it from many aspects such as physically and economically.

• Hajj teaches us to sacrifice what we love.

Whether the sacrificing include time, energy, wealth or sacrificing our longingness for our beloved family.

All of these sacrifices are for the sake of Allah SWT.

As Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said:

“Whoever performs Hajj for the sake of Allah and does not utter any obscene speech or do any evil deed, will go back (free of sin) as his mother bore him.”

(Bukhari; Muslim)

1) Set the right niyyah

إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّةِ وَإِنَّمَا لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى

Verily, the reward of deeds depends on the intentions, and each person will be rewarded according to what he intended

2) Applying the right practise

As stated by The Prophet [ صَلُّوا كَمَا رَأَيْتُمُونِي أُصَلِّي ], we need to practise our ibadah according to Al-Quran and AsSunnah.

3) Ihsan during ibadah

Ihsan is practising Ibadah like we see Allah, even if we cant' we need to believe that God is all -seeing.

4) Practise Ibadah earnestly

'Work for this world as if you will live forever and work for the here-after as if you will die tomorrow.'

It feels like time flies by so fast. Seven-week ended in a blink of an eye.

I think for this semester session, I was a bit distracted as the other academic subject was really tough [ I had 6 subjects in one sem]. But Alhamdulillah, I

managed to survive :) althought i cried a lot.

I learn lots of valuable knowledge. A million thanks to every one of my Usrah members for contributing to it.
