         <description><![CDATA[<div>Learning is the accumulation of a skill/knowledge, memory is the ability to maintain and keep said skill/knowledge and is needed to use said skill/knowledge.<br>Without memory one can not learn, because the information would not be properly obtained and cannot be used since it wouldn't technically exist in the brain. Obviously, you need the ability to learn, to well, learn; without the ability to learn there is no information being stored into memory.</div>]]></description>
