I can't believe that it has already arrived. All the hard work, early mornings and learning has brought me to this point. I am so looking forward to beginning my career as a school counselor. I love education and what it can do for a student. It gives them confidence, problem solving skills and a whole world of opportunity. As a school counselor my goal is to take all that I have learned and turn it into advocating for students. I will be ethical, fair and honest when speaking with students, staff and families. I choose to always be kind, but remember that hard decisions sometimes have to be made. In my research and learning, I have found that my greatest desire is to help student build their self-efficacy skills, so they can reach their fullest potential.
