I am from Colombia, and I do live in city Cucuta. I do live with my parents and I live in a house. I live in a set and the house are two floors.

I get up at 9 am, have breakfast at 10 and have eggs and coffee. I don't work because I live with my parents, so I have lunch at 12:45 and I eat meat, rice, potatoes and blackberry juice. I stay at home studying and doing university work and then I go to practice volleyball. I eat after training at 9:00 p.m. and for dinner I eat a hamburger and I go to bed at 11:00 a.m.

The main touristic places in Cucuta are Ventura Plaza mall, garden plaza mall and la Victoria Park also called Colon Park.

-  What is the typical food in your city?

The typical food in my city is chickpea cake, mute.

-  What are the main ingredients of the typical food?

Chickpea cake is prepared with butter, eggs, flour, sugar, chickpea and onion.

-  What are the main celebrations in your city/town?

The main celebrations in my city are the battle of Cucuta and mother´s day.

-  What do people do in those celebrations?

People usually and families gather to celebrate. 

-  What activities can visitors do in your city or town?

In my city visitors can go to eat, visit the nearby towns and the pool as well since it is a fallen city.

My name is Andrea Valentina Chacon Rivera. I am single. I am from Cúcuta. I am 18 years old. I am student. I am studying radiology technology of diagnostic imaging at UNAD. I live in Cúcuta. In my free time, I like to play volleyball.

 

There are the main touristic places in Cúcuta are Ventura Plaza mall, garden plaza mall and la Victoria Park also called Colon Park and the typical food in my city is chickpea cake, mute.

 

Our city has a unique celebration that is Mother's Day on the last Sunday of May, where families gather and remind their mothers or give them details.

 

Cúcuta is a city that has a border with Venezuela, since tourists come to the shopping centers, try our gastronomy, or also walk the towns that are close to our city.
