This is because they are not well educated on the matter. Adults usually sleep from 4 to 6 hours per day but actually they have to get atleast 7 to 8 hours of sleep to be well rested. It may not seem big of a difference by cutting a couple of hours back on schedule but it does affect ur mental and physical health in alot of ways. It is to ensure that during the night we do not have nothing much to do. As for students, not getting enough sleep&nbsp; can have a negative impact on their grades.
