- Disaster is when it feels like I've fallen flat on my face, or frozen still or the group had next to nothing to learn or take away as a return on investment....of time and resources. Not even fun.
- Disaster makes one feel ashamed, lacking competence, reduced self worth...
- Success would be Planning for the session with 70% success of executing the same with 70% of matched skills and expectations of Participants ...and the closing feeling of having memorable experience full of insights. And fun.
- Disaster tends to be imagined when none of the success parameters are met...when one is too closely attached to the outcome as a reflection of their sense of identity and self worth....and forgets that the work is to enable others and in service of others ...not to pander to one's own ego and its obsession about what is flawless or perfect.

- Self discovery.... Tao Space... Copyleft....
- Feeling of Preparing gives me a high...not the expectation of its Outcome. Enjoy putting that hardwork....doing it for my joy.... Practicing nuances...
- Session going good and bad..doesn't matter...

- Gita- Karma- Do the work- don't expect the fruits...and expect it to be sweet always.

- Experience...of preparing....is ultimate....it ripples out as upbeat energy right from the start.

- Important to Enjoy the Work...so the Excitement is kept throughout.... Excitement triggers creativity to improvise.

- It's not about the Facilitator or their competence but more about thinking about the Participants and their experience and value to derive collectively.

- Session may be good or bad....but it should be about celebrating the cause of meeting together, learning something and serving the gathering... Not necessarily checkboxing the things from a detailed plan. Plan one should nevertheless....to build the inertia and momentum of excitement.

- Shift focus from Rote to Blank Canvas Curiousity....solve the problem, ask questions, Prepare.
