For example people with 'S.A.D' would not be able to leave the comfort of there homes in certain seasons so a unique garden view from the comfort of there home would be ideal. But instead of having a real tattoo they would be tattooed by using air brush machines. Artists volunteers would be making these fake tattoos. They could anything the like to make them feel happy and they won't have to pay a thing. They could have their favourite cartoon characters or whatever the children would like.
