Elena and her two children are forced to Soviet Labor Camps with scarce amount of food. Elena, unlike many others, can still afford food. When Elena buys food, to feed her starving children, she also shares it with other Lithuanians forced to work at the Labor camp, asking nothing in return. Buffett's current net worth is estimated to be about 89.8 billion USD, placing him as the world's second richest man (according to time.com). Warren Buffett shows great amount of generosity and nobility towards  the needy. By donating his wealth, Buffet sets a great example for magnanimous. 'Buffett's generosity will undoubtedly raise the standards of living for countless numbers of suffering people the world over and should help to finance tremendous leaps in education.'

Dandelions withering gracefully in the wind defines magnanimous. One small spore of a dandelion can be viewed as an act of kindness. This spore could be taken anywhere, and from there it grows. Just like this one spore, thousands of other spores of 'kindness' are carried along the wind, deposited, leading to the bloom of another dandelion. The spreading of one act of kindness, will lead 'flowers' of kindness to bloom everywhere. One small action can lead to a drastic positive change in our lives. It is the small things that count, and benefit us as a society. I think a dandelion releasing its spores would be the perfect way to represent an act of magnanimous.
