One of the main impacts of the UN universal declaration of human rights is that it was the first source of guarantee of human rights in history.

Its role is that it provides the guidelines for countries to form their laws, under the concepts of equity, justice and law.

In its content we find 30 fundamental rights, among which stand out: the right to non-discrimination, the right to life and liberty. It also highlights negative freedoms, such as freedom from torture and slavery. And positive freedoms, such as: freedom of movement, political and civil liberty.
