Tuna mayo onigiri is one of the most popular and comforting Japanese lunch. It is a soft, warm rice ball filled with a creamy and savory tuna and mayonnaise mixture. The smooth filling perfectly matches the slightly salty rice and crispy seaweed. It is simple but incredibly delicious. I love how convenient and satisfying it is, especially when I am busy or traveling. You can easily make it at home with just a few ingredients. I strongly recommend trying tuna mayo onigiri if you want to enjoy an authentic and tasty Japanese traditional food.

Today, my host mother introduced me to a true Australian classic, the meat pie. I learned that these are incredibly famous across the country.

The outside was perfectly golden with a flaky, satisfying crunch in every bite. Inside, it was filled with savory minced meat that was hot and super comforting.

I tried it with some tomato sauce, and it made the flavor even better! It’s the ultimate comfort food like simple, warm, and absolutely delicious. If you ever visit Australia, you definitely have to try one!

I recommend Takoyaki. Takoyaki is one of the most popular street foods in Japan. It originated in Osaka and has become a beloved snack across the country. Takoyaki are small, round balls made from a savory batter filled with pieces of octopus, green onions, and pickled ginger. They are cooked in a special molded pan that gives them their unique shape. Once crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they are topped with takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, dried seaweed, and bonito flakes. Putting cheese inside takoyaki is also good. Freshly made takoyaki are hot and flavorful! They are perfect for sharing with friends at festivals. If you visit Japan, please try them!

On my blog, I’m excited to share that I’m going to a Mexican festival where I will be testing traditional Mexican food for the first time. I can’t wait to try tacos, which are made with tortillas filled with seasoned meat, fresh vegetables, cheese, and salsa, and they taste savory, juicy, and sometimes spicy. I also want to taste enchiladas, which are tortillas rolled with meat or cheese, covered in chili sauce, baked with melted cheese on top, and they have a warm, cheesy. Finally, I’m really curious to try elote, which is grilled corn covered with mayonnaise, chili powder, lime juice, and cheese, and it tastes sweet, creamy, salty, and a little spicy all at once. I’m so excited to discover these new flavors and share my experience! 😝🤗

After that I can put on the source. However there are two choices to put on the sweet sauce or hot sauce. I picked the hot sauce . It’s so delicious!

But it’s too hot for me. It’s so spicy. Only Kebab was good taste but the sauce is not so good, so I wanna to eat kebab with sweet sauce next time.

I recently visited Teriyaki Express in Raine Square Food Court and tried their Japanese nori rolls. They were also selling other Japanese foods such as Udon, Curry, and OyakoDon. The nori rolls contained avocado, which made them creamy and mild in flavor. However, I was a little disappointed because there was no seafood inside. Still, the taste of the soy sauce was exactly the same as in Japan so that I felt nostalgic. It was a good experience for me and I'm gonna go back again and try another food there. If you haven’t tried it yet, you should definitely give it a try.

I had the pleasure of tasting a Milanese risotto at an Italian restaurant in Milan, and the experience lived up to the dish’s reputation. The first thing that stands out is the intense golden color, brought by the saffron, which already hints at the richness of the flavors.

The texture was perfectly executed: the rice was creamy without being mushy, and still slightly « al dente », a sign of careful cooking. The saffron flavor was present but well balanced, without overpowering the butter and Parmesan, which added great depth. Each bite was smooth, comforting, and elegant at the same time.

Overall, an authentic and very successful Milanese risotto that perfectly reflects Milanese cuisine: simple in appearance, yet technically precise and rich in flavor. An experience I highly recommend to lovers of Italian cuisine.
