The Queen bee, is the mother of almost all of the bees inside of her colony. She is usually the only queen inside of her entire colony, which contains at least 60,000 bees. Queen Bees are around 2 centimeters in size and her stinger is smooth, unlike worker bee's. Also unlike worker Bees, The queen bee can sting multiple times without dying.

Worker Bees are the most important part of the hive. These bees work everyday of their life to provide for their hive. At 3-16 days old, She will be one of the bees that carry out any unhatched eggs or dead bees. At 4-16, They will feed the baby drone bees. At 7-12, they will assist the queen by grooming and feeding her. At 12-18, they will pack pollen and place it in Honey Combs. At 12-35, They will either seal honey or build honey combs. At 12-18, they will help cool the hive with their wings. At 18-21, They will guard the hive. At 22-42, They will gather pollen and nectar for the hive.

Bees have several enemies and predators. Bears, like in cartoons, will search for honey and knock over bee hives. Skunks and Dragonflies also eat bees. A moth, called the wax moth, likes to eat the wax off of the hive. An insect called the bee assassin catches bees while they are inside of plants retrieving materials for the hive.

Beeswax comes out of worker bees. On the lower half of the worker bees abdomen, it has glands that produce the beeswax. The Beeswax comes out in small scales and is picked off by the worker bee to create the honey comb. The worker bee only produces the beeswax when it is needed for the hive, however. The bees use it to make honey combs. Humans use it to make cosmetics, chewing gum, polishes, and more.

Bee Hives are not some kind of unlimited room apartment building. Sometimes they get full. When this occurs, swarming happens. The first step of swarming is the queen Bee will lay several future queen bees. Some days after, her and about half of the workers will head out of the hive (The other half will stay to take care of the future queens). They will then stay near a certain location and send out bees called scouts. These scouts will go out on their own and review sites for a new hive. The scouts will then review each others ideas and decide which one would suit the hive best. Once they decide, The old queen and worker bees will head off to

Stung has a lot to do with bees. A lot. In Stung, the big problem is that bees are pretty much extinct. With no Bees, there would be no plants. Almost all of pollination is by bees, and you need pollination in order to have plants. Most humans use pesticides in their yard, and that definitely does affect bees in harmful ways. Pesticides and lawn sprays are made to kill unwanted plants so that peoples yards look "pretty". This isn't at all pretty to the bees. Bees rely on these plants to help collect nectar. And if Bees do not collect nectar, they do not spread pollen, which helps plants grow. A couple plants may not seem like a world wide crisis, but it is. When plants die, animals die, when animals die, humans die.
