         <description><![CDATA[<div>Self-regulated learning refers to the ability to understand and control learning environment.<br><br>While self-regulation is crucial for higher ability students, we can still adopt it for the Low progress learners.&nbsp;<br><br>Examples of self-regulated learning includes good time management and ability to efficiently select problem solving strategies to answer HOT questions.<br><br>Activity 2 allows students to set behavioural and learning goals&nbsp; (control learning environment). Activity 7 allows them to evaluate their own learning. This gives them the opportunity to assess their learning.</div>]]></description>
