This video is broken up into six topics Stages of Cryptocurrency, Ledgers, Blockchain, Investments, Problems and Oddities. All of which describe the concepts and important information surrounding cryptocurrency. The goal of the video is to educate those who are new to cryptocurrency and to help them become more confident with their knowledge.

I chose this video because, for one, I find Mrwhosetboss's videos to be informative and well-edited. Also, I think that the content in this video goes over topics about cryptocurrency that were discussed in class, serving as a nice reminder of the content discussed. The video itself is contrived with separate topics, all explaining the intricacies of cryptocurrency. Because of this I find it a particularly good learning tool. One particular piece of the video I found interesting and informative was the proposed problems associated with certain cryptocurrencies, as it details the risks of investing in this newer currency form factor.

This video explains how scammers take advantage of cryptocurrency and what to do if you fall victim. The video itself is made in partnership with the Monroe Sheriff's Department. The video content itself is delivered by a detective whose department deals with such scams ranging from 200 USD all the way up to 10,000 USD. They then explain how you transfer the money once, whether in currency or via wire transfer. It can sometimes be very difficult to regain that money as it is overseas, crypto wallets are secretive, and it is difficult to refund it to another wallet once money is sent. The advice they give to avoid such a thing would be to do your proper research about the company, use your best judgement, and alert authorities to see if you can get a trace of it.

I chose this video because it highlights the importance of having more investor confidence. Scams are more prevalent than ever today because of all the avenues through which scammers can exploit people. So, it is important to understand what makes a certain opportunity legitimate.

This video explains the surge in cryptocurrency values following the recent election. There was a record-breaking increase in the Bitcoin trade price. Pushing past 95,000 dollars. This price also goes for other popular cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum and Solana. There is then the discussion about how Trump wants to make the U.S. crypto-friendly by retaining federal Bitcoin holdings and establishing a Presidential Advisory Council on cryptocurrency.

I chose this video because it is one of the biggest events happening in our world right now, and it's a big event for cryptocurrency as well. The surge in cryptocurrency values following the recent election is a testament to the growing influence of digital assets in the global financial landscape. With Bitcoin breaking past $95,000 and other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Solana also experiencing significant gains, it's clear that the market is responding positively to the new administration's pro-crypto stance. But this also begs the question. How long will this surge last? The market is volatile, and the longevity of such a change is questionable.

The video provides a comprehensive introduction to XRP, suitable for both newcomers and those with prior knowledge. The video explains that XRP acts as a "translator" in the financial system, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs associated with cross-border payments. The video talks about how the traditional financial infrastructure is often inefficient, specifically like rusty pipes causing delays and inconsistencies. Middlemen generate fees and prolong transaction times, often taking 3-5 days. XRP simplifies and accelerates cross-border transactions by acting as a bridge currency.

I chose this video because it is a growing crypto platform changing cross-border payments which may have future potential.

Gala's ecosystem includes components like Gala Games, Music, and Film.

I chose this website because I personally invested in Gala when the price was around $0.40, purchasing 1,000. Analysts predict the price could reach $1.00 by 2025 and $4.00 by 2030, indicating potential for growth. Also The live price gauge provides real-time insights into the token’s performance, which helps me monitor the investment and stay informed about potential market trends and changes in Gala’s ecosystem.

This website is for a cryptocurrency game called CatSlap. The objective is to click a button and have a cat slap something. The cryptocurrency comes in the form of earning while you play the "game." You have the option to connect a wallet and earn currently $0.00274113 per slap. But you can also purchase CatSlap via other cryptocurrency form factors.

I chose this website because it represents an interesting factor of cryptocurrencies and another avenue to potentially earn or lose money. More Cryptocurrency-centered games such as this one are coming out now, and CatSlap is just an example of this trend. They vary in popularity and usually don't last very long, thus affecting the quality of earnings. Another thing to consider from cryptocurrency games is the potential scam nature of them being made just to pull a fast one and leave with a large sum of money. These are referred to as a "rug pull."
