In fact, He sets us up for success! But, if He were to only called those who were equipped, I think people would start to lack a lot of faith on what they can do with God. It’s true that some people are talented or gifted, but I think that these are gifts that are God-given, for He has given us purposes for it. Without that, people might feel lost too

But if He equips those He calls, those people have the right heart and is overqualified to do the things that God call them to do.

God gave us different personalities and abilities and He planned out every single day of our lives and gave us a destiny to live for! But it is us to see weather we want it and do God’s will !

God sees the gifts that all of us has and would want to equip us to be successful. He wants to reveal the gifts and through the equipping season for us to learn to trust in Him! 
If God calls those who are equipped, they may take it for granted and do it with a wrong heart. There won't be the season of trusting God during that path of training and equipping.

It is to have faith and trust in following the will of God, while living our life fully for God.

We are made special in the eyes of God, we are thought of and God has planned a unique future for everyone of us.

Maybe since sec 2, God has been leading me to learn how to do UI and at first I didn’t really think much of it other than yay I can use my skills to make money LOL but now I feel that maybee God has been building me up in UI designing so that I can use my skills to give back to God by joining the UIUX ministry?!?!?
