At 3pm to 11pm I started my work here at PNB Ilham Resort. Today is the Raptor Watch event here and many people came here. Raptor Watch 2018 is flying back to the shores of Tanjung Tuan. During the spring migration, thousands of raptors can be seen flying across the Straits of Malacca. Having to use massive amount of energy flying across the Straits of Malacca, the raptors will be flying low at the event site making it possible to have a good view of these magnificent birds.
Tanjung Tuan has been listed as an important raptor site by BirdLife International, National Geographic Society and Hawkmountain. This place is an important stop over site for migratory raptors after crossing the Straits of Malacca. It provides food for the raptors as well as a resting spot. For raptors arriving late in the evening, it provides shelter for the night before they take off for flight the next day. For the first week at department kitchen I work in the evening from 3pm to 11pm. This is because not many of my staff and practical students were placed in the kitchen and at pasty area only have one staff so because of that I was placed in a pastry section with a staff member and it just the two of us are in a row of pastries. Today I work from 7am to 3pm.So today is my last day at the front office.
My achievements in the last days at the front office are
good. This is where I can pick up call from guest and answer every question from the guest well.
So today the work I did was take a room reservation from a phone call.

The menu we present is started with the appetizer Murtabak KIng.

Next to the main course is Nasi Tumpang 4 layers and Mee Celup Multi Taste.
Dessert is Akok Mini and Roijala Spicy.
