If humid and cold: neoprene

Because neoprene also has good insulation with a low rate of cooling like polyester mixture. And neoprene is also the material used for wet suits, which insulate body heat for people swimming in the ocean.

If humid and hot (similar to Taiwan’s climate): cotton or polyester fleece

Because these two materials have a higher rate of cooling, so the heat will evaporate faster, making it more comfortable to wear.
