         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mayella is a very bad liar and her testimony was emotional and contradicts my claims. It did help show that the Ewells were uncivilized. I might have been too aggressive by accusing her father of rape, but hopefully the jury gets the idea.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It seems pretty clear that Tom is not guilty, but I am not yet sure the jury believes this. The cross-examination killed the momentum of the story I had been building with the evidence. Now the jury thought Tom had "feelings" for Mayella.</div>]]></description>
