Ok, so I did a b.n.e. (breaking and entering) buy I didn't know I was doing something illegal. I was 11, and I was just having fun with the neighborhood kids. The house next door was up for sale and we were curious to see what was in there. We go in and se small left over things the previous owners left behind like Legos and old lighters. We took them and called them "treasure". We went through twice, the first one was a sweep of the first floor and the second was of the second floor. By the time we leave the second floor and head to leave through the front door, people were opening the door. We knew it was the realtor and people looking to buy the house so we made amad dash to the back door. We barely made it there and right as we closed the door, they came in. They didn't see us but, one by one we leaped over the fence and started to "play" in my grandma's front yard and acted normal. The gence was old so when i leaped over i had wood chips and chunks stuck in my hand. When they left they weren't suspicious of anything and all we saw after to check at the house was a large loch on the door handle. No one knows that I did that to this day. When my mom asked me about my hands I said I feel on wood chips and used my hands to stop the fall. I don't think I technically did anything wrong but, I still feel some sort of guilt. I Laugh at the story though because it's so strange.

- girl, 16

I have a fear of grasshoppers that I just can't explain. I think it was because of the bugs life movie by Disney. To be fair, those grasshoppers were evil and were very traumatizing.

I like this guy in my school but I don't know what to do. I want to tell him but, I'm scared of rejection. He's weird and acts like he's on heroine (in the best way possible) and I love it. He's so funny it drives me crazy because he's so adorable. I'm friends with him I think, I'm not sure because I unintentionally act so awkward infront of him but not his friends. I have a lot of classes with him and I find it so hard to talk to him because I feel unworthy to talk to him. I want to scream at the top of my lungs about how I feel and how I'm socially awkward and that I'm trying but I can't. I want advice to talk to him and I want help at getting better at talking to people.

- 16 year old girl

I have terrible self confidence and need help with it. No matter what I do, my thoughts keep telling me that I'm not as good as everyone says I am or as good as I try to tell myself. I feel like everyone is lying to me about how they think of me and that I'm the worst person alive. I feel like I don't deserve anything I have.

Growing up I was abused by my uncle, neglected by my brother, and antagonized by my cousins. And it’s like I was made of glass, because my parents couldn’t see any of it happening, even when it was under their nose. I don’t know if I can trust ever again. I found a long lost brother, and I love him more than life, but in the end, we hurt each other too. I have so many walls around my heart, but lack the tools to tear them down. I want so badly to let people in, but it’s like they simply can’t cross that threshold, because my mind won’t let them. I don’t even know if I’m capable of loving anymore. And I’m not aromantic, I don’t think. I just. Can’t let someone close to me, because they could hurt me. And I’m tired of being hurt.

18
