As I already mentioned in previous activity of this module, I believe that collaborative way in using TET-SAT is beneficial, for many reasons: teachers are more comfortable when working with peers and learning process should be easier, facilitated by the environment. Yes, I think it can be used collaboratively. The process of selective sharing with colleagues, described in the video, seemed to me very interesting. Although empirical studies show that classroom work is very teacher-centered as an individual, there are schools where teachers have been working together for a long time, and where process benchmarking is essential, working naturally together. At an early stage, I think that sharing communities that already exist naturally can be a good starting point.

According to my experience, after we introduced some technological innovations in the school where I work, e.g. the e-register, some teachers, especially the older ones, got very discouraged. They were people with great teaching experience by felt useless in this new context. Therefore, we arranged a kind of peer-tutoring, a series of meetings with more expert and more advanced teachers on ICT who showed them how to proceed and how easy it was sometimes.

Using TET-SAT collaboratively? That can be a challenge worth doing, but unfortunately I don't see how my peers can take time away from their duties to devote to this task. You may ask, and how about you? You are devoting time to take this MOOC and reflect on your practices, can you take time away from your own duties? Indeed, improving as a professional has such a high precedence in my life that I sacrifice my time with my family to devote to this profession. I don't expect my colleagues to do the same. I'm lucky to have a family that understands my passion and that doesn't complain when I'm pursuing what I believe is the best for me, personally and professionally.

Sure, TET-SAT can be used in a collaborative way. For the previous activity of this module, I wrote keeping electronic portfolio or social media group as suggestion. But, keeping a learning diary for TET-SAT can sound better and teachers can share their diaries on a forum or social media group and this creates an interaction and dialogue context for teachers etc.

I think that TET-Sat can also be used in a collaborative way. When working in a pedagogical team, the results of the single teacher can be periodically shared and compared with those of all the others. Each of teachers who visited or participated in a professional development acitivity shares the new tools with colleagues from the school. Solo in una occasione potrebbe essere un utile strumento di collaborazione: penso al caso in cui i docenti di una classe progettino un'attività interdisciplinare; in questo caso potrebbe essere utile per uniformare metodologie e strumenti, costituendo altresì un incentivo a accrescere le proprie competenze per quei docenti che non utilizzano quotidianamente le tic nella didattica.
