I work part time 2.5 days a week and in the rest of my time I am a Deputy sister in Oncology and I am in the 2nd year of  a PhD in Buisness and Management, looking at organisational safety culture in care homes. I have also done two research studies into workplace health and wellbeing of NHS staff.

My teaching on the Teenage and young adult cancer care programme is for international postgraduate students and this is interprofessional. We deliver using online and blended learning methods. I have just taken over the module leadership for M05HLS, independent study module.
