My partner and I worked hard on designing the program and implementing it. It was definitely an eye opening experience seeing all the different factors that go into creating a program in the community. The process has taught me what I need to know for implementing  programs in the future when I work as a licensed clinician. It has definitely peaked my interest as there are many needs needed to be met in certain communities. Since we had already created the first teaching module, we knew exactly how to format the second one. We were able to set up a time during the week to work on the powerpoint together and then set up another time we wanted to record. 

In addition, I was able to improve the formality of my speech throughout the whole teaching module. I noticed this was rushed when I went back to review the slides, I noticed a few spelling and grammar errors. There was nothing major, however, I believe it is important to make sure there are no spelling or grammar mistakes when presenting a teaching module to ensure professionalism. This way, if the student volunteers had questions on the spot they would be able to ask us personally. I think we could also physically show each of the activities in the teaching module instead of just talking about them. This would give a better demonstration and ensure for a better understanding. In addition, I  would also make the sessions longer to make sure none of the activities were rushed. Since the program is about being mindful and focusing on wellness, it is important they are not rushed to the next activity for time purposes. I do not think we took account for the amount of time spent on discussions, this could take awhile if multiple students wants to share.
