Counting and Cardinality Centers

I would use these centers for students to use, but I did have a question on Egg Carton and Book? Is there a book that goes with this specific activity? I also love the I have, who has game. This also makes the students listen and then remember how many dots are on their card. Teacher can notice who remembers how many dots were at the top and then who recognizes the number of dots in the ten-frame(s) on the bottom without having to go back and recount. I would modify by making looking at ten-frames with two colors of counters and then the who has would have the equation that matched.

Just keep going, just keep going.......While working in Zorbits and Mathstoria, I definitely had to persevere when I didn't know what to do. I saw precision in placing the dot on the number line as well as use the same reasoning to solve related problems. I liked the Zorbit's activity that focused on making groups of five with the bee's and initially didn't recognize it until after I played a few times.
