I think it is a really good experience for new teachers, as well as those who have been teaching for a while. The new teachers learn new techniques to use in their classrooms that they may never have thought of before. Learning walks give us an opportunity to observe what our peers are doing in their classes without the pressure of a formal observation. I feel that knowing how others are teaching, the materials they are using, and their interactions with the students can guide us all as we continue to grow as educators.
