In this passage i connected to almost all of it. My mom has also been brought back 3 times from narcan and this should not be the case, she shouldve known better to not do it again. In the passage they say that after 2 times they shouldn't help them anymore and i totally agree. people, especially parents, should be there for their children no matter what and they shouldnt have to be revived from narcan. They had 2 chances to change their ways and if that didn't help then i honestly dont think they'll ever change. My mom is a perfect example.

In this article, i connected to it because ive seen so many homeless people in nky and it makes me feel so bad, so whenever i used to get my paychecks i always used to go buy a beast pizza from snappy tomato and id drive around with some of my friends and hand out slices to people who were hungry, homeless, and asking for money. But in this article a part that surprised me is where it says, ¨"I've watched all my best friends die," he said, pulling out a prayer card for a deceased buddy. He said the heroin epidemic has brought with it more homeless people.¨ it just surprises me that when theyre starving with no home or anything they wanna spend the only money they can get on heroin, i understand that addiction is a very hard thing to overcome, but it still surprises me with the conditions they are in.

In this article i connected because like i said before, when i used to get my paychecks, i always bought a pizza for homeless, people asking for money to eat, children, women, men, it didnt matter. People should not be begging people they dont even know for money to be able to eat, thats absurd. So i would always hand out slices to them.
