Personally, I would like to attend The Ohio State University to carry on my education in order to obtain my DPT. Ohio State requires prerequisite courses in the Kinesiology major that I will fulfill. I also need to maintain a high cumulative GPA to lower the competitiveness factor of getting in. Submitting an elite application will boost my chances of getting admitted as well.

For a successful career in physical therapy, I see myself going to a smaller practice at first to gain experience, such as a small sports team organization. From there, I would try to mentor under a credited physical therapist and utilize that connection experience to branch out on my own to form my own practice once financially able.

At the end of my professional journey, I hope to have worked my way up through the physical therapy position rankings and hopefully start up my own practice. I hope to mentor aspiring physical therapists through internship opportunities and allow others to be successful through my program.
