Questioning challenges barriers, norms, and conventional thinking and forces out of the box thinking. 8.Questioning empowers the administrator to take action. 9.Questioning forces administrator to be solution oriented.                                           10. Questioning connects beyond the role of the principal to shared leadership. </title>
