This is quite unusual for a magazine cover of any magazine, as magazine covers tend to feature block colours or  simplistic patterns as a background. As a result, the foreground is immediately emphasised. This is because the bright colours in the background will make the colour in the foreground look darker than it actually is.  This is great way to attract the attention of the consumer, as their attention will instantly gravitate to this cover. Also, the font on the right side of the cover page (cover lines) is nice and clear. This is as a result of suitable colour and wise choice, the neutral colours white and yellow stands out on both bright and dark backgrounds.
