It is important to share the journey and communicate the problems occurred and what you have learned along the way. Communication is key and everyone needs to be considerate of each persons feelings and where they are in their journey of processing change.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Change management is important in any business/company. Without change management a business is never going to change. Change is a lengthy process and starts with communication. Britt Andreatta made some very good points on how to implement change correctly with the least amount of resistance to change as possible. 1) Giving as many people a seat in the start of the change process as possibly. 2) share everything along the way - update everyone with progress. 3) use patients when it comes to announcing a change. Everyone has to go through the changes of the curve.&nbsp;<br>Using these key processes the resistance to change should be shorter and more successful.</div>]]></description>
