After that, i need to wait the placement letter from Head Department at the office of Unit Latihan dan Kompentesi. (ULK). While waiting the letter, Penolong Pengarah that called 'Kak Ti' was briefing about the industrial training that suppose to do during internship. 
Next, I recieved the placement letter that I should to intern at the Tourist Information Centre (TIC). Other than that, I was repoting to the EO and he was briefing about the scope work at TIC. He also told that many event that come soon. So I should be ready and work smoothly to gain new experience.

Around 10AM there have tourist from London come. She asked about the interested place that she can go. Then, I am suggested them to go Nasi Ulam near the MOTAC to take a lunch. We also adviced to her to go the our market which is Pasar Siti Khadijah. At there, she can get and buy the traditional food, batik and songket. She was excited to go. We also promote her to visit the cultural centre that she can watch the cultural game in Kelantan. I explained to her about the variety of cultural place like museum, art gallery and 'Gelanggang Seni' to them. This is because we need to promote culture of Kelantan to the tourist. Thus, they can see by themselves the culture in Kelantan.

Before she leave, I gave her the maps in Kota Bharu. This is easy for her to guide during stayed at Kota Bharu. Then, she can use the maps to go the interesting place here. As usually I need to guide and handle the tourist who holiday in Kelantan to get information about during their travel. In early morning this is my routine and jobs during my training. I am gain new experiences when I talk with the tourist especially foreigner that come on from variety of country like London, Spain, Switzland
and others. This is make me learn about how to communicate with them. 

Then, on thay day I also need to check the file and write down the title of the letter. This is to make easy the staff know what the letters that have in the file. Hence, updating the letter very easy for me to handle it.

The late evening, around 3.30pm I need to go the 'Gelanggang Seni' that located near the office to guide the tourist how to play the 'congkak'. About the congkak, I need to teach the tourist. The firstly, they look confuse to play but after we explained nad they look understand to play. During play it, they look happ and enjoy. There also have a variety of cultural games in Kelantan which is 'Rebana Ubi', 'silat', 'Gasing' and so on. Tourist look very excited and enjoy to see the culture that have in Kelantan. 

As a trainer, I am gain new experiences to look by myself about the 'Rebana Ubi' is playing. It is very fun day. The guy from Germany was come to the office to asked about where should he can get the handicraft. Hence, I was told him the handicraft can get at the Museum and Handicraft Art that near the Nasi Ulam. After lunch time, there a have a guy that asked me where he can get the performance about the Silat, Wau and something like culture. After the lunch time, I need to stay at the front office. I should prepared the flyers about the maps in Kelantan because Perdana Hotel and Jewels Hotel want that flyers. Thus, I prepared is around 200 flyers to give them. 
At 4PM, the tourist from England come to get help from us. They were asked to get the hotel at the Perhentian Island because tomorrow they will go there. So that, I search hotel that have at there and called them. Good luck we have the hotel that the tourist want. They look very happy because we can settle their problem. Before they leave, I asked them to write down their name and detail vacation in the bookguest.

Next, the senior teach me on how to observe and write a report based on what we learn everyday and make it attractive. I also need to practice to handle the tourist which is I need to learn more about MAPS KOTA BHARU. Hence, this is to easy give help and information to tourist.

A tourist from Europe was come to asked about the train to go the National Park in Kuala Koh. So I explain to him get the train in Wakaf Bharu, he can go there by bus tomorrow morning and buy the ticket to go Kuala Koh. After get explaination, he say thank you and leave with the smile face.
Today, my senior at TIC Encik Ruselan have a tourist from Australia to bring and guide him to visit in Kelantan. Hence, my senior bring him to look the villagers create the Batik, Wau and Wayang Kulit. It is very interesting to tourist because he can learn culture in Kelantan. Hence, in Kota Bharu they were need to enjoy the food. So I suggest to go and try Nasi Ulam and also to visit our museum.

I and others trainer give explaination about the Museum, Pasar Siti Khadijah, Nasi Ulam and the beach. I suggest go to the Pantan Cahaya Bulan to look the Batik. The beach also very interesting and freshness. We also told Pasar Siti Khadijah sold variety of things like food, Batik and Songket and others. They look very excited and leave. 
Other than that, the tourist from Sabah come at TIC. They also asked the same point. So we are suggest to visit the museum. They asked whete that they can get the handicraft. So we recommend to go the Museum Handicraft that having sell the handicraft and Batik. Around 15 talk there leave and said thank you for us. 
Next, after lunch I and others trainers help the staff to settle the invitation letter to give for the all company in Kelantan to join our event which is Kelantan Art & Culture Festival 2018 that will coming soon. Thus, we need to list and write down the each company involved. This day make me learn and can improve our communication skill towards the tourist.

There also have the mistake about the name of VVIP. After 2 hours we were finish check and settle it all. 
Next, we divided the card that should be faxs and delivery at their company. Then, we doing faxs to all organization that far at the office which is Majlis Daerah Kuala Krai, Majlis Daerah Machang, Majlis Daerah Pasir Puteh and others. After we faxs, we also need to follow up in order to know the invitation card was received. Others card that need should delivery was given to the staff to delivery on that day. 
After settle the task, as usually at the front office. On this day, there have no tourist was come. But at 4PM there have a local tourist come to visit in Museum. So i suggest to go at the Jahar Palace and Museum Handicraft. This is because this is the famous museum in Kelantan. She asked but the War Museum and she feel want to go. So I said the museum is under renovation and can not to go there. I also told to her to try the local food in Kelantan that having sell at the Pasar Siti Khadijah. She look happy and feel great to try it. I told that she also can get the batik at the market. Before she leave she was asked about the beach. So I told she can go to the Pantai Cahaya Bulan abd get the bus number 10 at the bus station. Hence, she look happy and satisfied information that we give to her. She said thank you and leave. He also told about his experiences during travel in Malaysia. He stayed in Malaysia for 2 months and does travel in Penang, Sarawak, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan and lastly he arrived at Kota Bharu and will go back after 2 days to Kuala Lumpur. Around 3PM there have a tourist from Japan come. She arrived at Kota Bharu around 4 days and stayed at the Malaysia around 2 month. So today she want visit Kota Bharu and asked where can she visit. I told to go our market that called Pasar Siti Khadijah and she told she just go by yesterday. Then we asked her that already have gone museum ? She told that she dislike to go the crowded places. She also do not want to go the shopping mall. After that she asked about the Kampung Laut. She told she want visit there and how want to go. We explain to her that need take the bus number 39 at the bus station. The bus will direct to go the jetty and can take the boat there. We also explain the interesting and famous food at Kampung Laut. There is Serunding, Dodol and others traditional food. She look very excited to go by tomorrow morning. ANIZAM BIN AB. RAHMAN.This event more to art and culture of Kelantan. Thus, we should prepared and set up the event. During the event there have variety of competition which is on the first day there have Dam Aji competition. The second day is about Seni Kecantikan and Suara Burung Murai Batu and  Seni Suara Burung Candik competition and the last day is Seni Kecantikan Ayam Serama competition. The second day there also have the colouring competition that I have instructed to handle a counter registration. The event give me more knowledge and more experience in order to manage the event very well.

At the Cultural Centre, there have many of tourist come to join the show. They look happy and enjoy during the show was held. There, tourist can learn how to plays congkak. On the first time, they look confuse to play but we teached them the technique of playing congkak. Thus, they understand and can played by themselves. During played, they look very enjoyable and exciting to play.

Besides, around 3PM there have students from IPG come to do research about the tourism in Kelantan. Then, they need the statistic about the tourist admission in Kelantan. Around 5PM, there have a tourist from Thailand and UK were coming in TIC. They come to gave recommendation to improved the Cultural Centre. They said that the stage without backdrop will distract their attention. From their recommendation, I know that there is something lack regarding cultural centre which need to improve. Hence, I will inform and discuss this issue with the senior staff. Then, we also told them to visit the beach in Pantai Cahaya Bulan. So we suggest to State Museum, Jahar Palace, market, and the beach. He look interesting and want to go there. They asked where did they get the bus and we explained to them. After15 minutes discussion they were leave.

After lunch, there have tourist from France was come. He told that he stayed in Thailand 3 years. He just arrived in Kota Bharu and want to visit the tourism place in Kelantan. He story about his travel, he said that he just from Cameron Highland. He told that, Cameron Highland not to cool now. And today he asked what did he should go and doing. So we suggest to him that should visit the museum. For tomorrow, we recommend to go the Bird Singging Arena that located near the Pengkalan Chepa. At cultural centre there is a few culture shows that have been performed by veterans and also young people. Every Wednesday there have Kertok, Gasing Pangkah and Pencak Silat.This is about the traditional games nad pastime activities in Kelantan. In addition, international tourist that come will be interested about the culture. Then, we also to visit the famous museum like, State Museum, Museum & Handicraft Village, Jahar Palace and War Museum. Then he look interesting and excited to go. After lunch, there have tourist from Germany were come. They need our help to guide them during their visit in Kelantan. So we were gave many of recommendation place like museum, market, shopping complex and beach to them. Then, we also asked them about the traditional food in Kelantan. We told them, if they interesting of Kelantan food they can joined the cooking class from Mr Roselan. They look happy and interested to joined. Then, before leave we asked them to fill up our guest book and they leave with smile face. 

Next, around 4PM there have tourist from UK come. They is a wife and husband tourist that stayed at Kelantan for 4 days. They told about the culture. So we explained to them to joined the culture show at the Cultural Centre on Saturday evening. We also recommend to them to visit the museum and go the market. Hence, they can buy the batik and songket at there. 

Today is the lucky day because we have many tourist come. Thus, I can improve my communication skill and kearn more about the maps in Kota Bharu. Around 4.30PM there is tourist came that from Switzeland was come. He asked about the plan during visit in Kota Bharu. So I told to him to visit Cultural Centre but he told that he already go. He give positive feedback which is he said the games very interesting and happy to watch. Then, we suggeat to visit museum and by tomorrow morning we advised to him to go the market, Pasar Siti Khadijah. At there, he can buy the local food, batik and songket. Before leave, there have one guy from Pahang. He come to know about where he can buy the batik and songket. Thus, we explained to buy at the Pasar Tok Guru and Pasar Siti Khafijah. We adviced him to buy it by tomorrow morning. Then, he said thank you and smile.

After lunch, we have guest from Belgium. He juat arrives in Kelantan and will stayed in Kota Bharu around 2 days. He told he just from Perhentian Island. He story about his experiences at Perhentian Island and he feel very happy and enjoy during holiday. Then, he asked about the plan to visit in Kota Bharu. We promote him to visit our cultural centre on 3.30PM by today. We also adviced to him to go the museum and about the food he should try the nasi ulam with located near the museum & handicraft village. Lastly, we gave him a maps in Kota Bharu. This is to make easy during he travel in here. We hope he feel happy and satisfied that what we gave to him.

In cultural centre, there have many tourist come to watch the show. They look interested with the culture in Kelantan. Also tourist come can play by themselves the games. We also told to visit the museum and market. They told they want to buy the batik of Kelantan. Before leave they smile and said thank you. 

Today, I also gain many knowledge and can improve my skill to communicate and explained detailed about tourism in Kelantan to the tourist. Thus, I also learn how to make plan for tourist come in Kota Bharu which is suggest them some interesting places to visit.

Thus, we also gave them phone numbers of people who can make the kite and the puppet. We explained to them to call first and do the appoitment before go there. In addition, they also can go Minah Songket and Nordin Batik to watch the how batik and songket making. We also gave the detail adress and phone numbers to them. About the traditional food, we suggest to them to go Nasi Ulam Cikgu because that place is the most interested place that tourist visited. Hence, we also adviced them to go Pasar Siti Khadijah to take many pictures and do interview with the sellers about the kuih muih in Kelantan. They look satisfied and happy the information that we gave to them. They said thanks you and leave.

Next, today we also doing the ocassion. So we need prepared the meal with others staff. We were give help to each others. This is to make us more be responsible person.

After lunch, there also student from UITM come. They also come to know information about the culture in Kelantan. We suggest them to visit the Cultural Centre because at there they can watch and take video and pictures to doing their task. So early morning, we were go there and arrived on 5PM. Then, on Thursday we were hiking the Bukit Lojing to watch the Rafflesia. Before start hiking, we have been the listen the opening speech from DO Majlis Daerah Gua Musang. He also adviced us to carefull and take care the nature. We also have been the food and take breakfast before hiking. 

On 9.30AM we were start to hiking and around 2 hours after successful arrived the site and watch the Rafflesia. Thus, we take the photo and feel very happy. On that day, we gain new expriences.

Before we back in Kelantan we go the Tanah Rata to shopping. After that, on 4PM we were on the way to back at Kelantan and safe arrived in Kota Bharu on 10PM. After lunch, there have tourist from Belgium and Canada. Tourist from Belgium were asked the plan during they in Kota Bharu. Then we were adviced them to go museum and the market. At the market, they can try and enjoyed the traditional foon in Kelantan and also can shopping the batik and songket at there. They look happy and excited to go. Thus  we also told them to gothe cultural centre by tomorrow on 3.30PM to watch the show about the traditional games. We explained that there will be have the Rebana Ubi, Silat, Congkak and Gasing Pangkah. They leaved and said thank you. 

Tourist from Canada come to know detailed about the how to go Perhentian Island. Then, we explained to his need take the bus number 639 and go the jetty at there and need to take the boat. The boat will direct to go the Perhentian Island. Hence, he want ot the the National Park in Kuala Lumpur. So we suggest to his to take the train. The train will go the Kemas first and then go the Kuala Lumpur. We were gave the detailed explaination to him. We also gave him the schedule of the time train. So he can refers of that schedule.

Today is a lucky day because we have many tourist come. The guest come look very enjoyed and happy during the show presenting. About the Congkak, I and 3 others trainer need to performed and do demostration how to play. The tourist from Japan come to learn this games. For the firstly, we were feel difficult to teach him because we hard to communicate with him. But, after we teach again and again he look a bit understand to plays. We teach him slowly to get him not confuse to play. We were so glad because we can teach him and he got the winner. There have a tourist come from Belgium. She come to asked about the show at the Cultural Centre. We explained to her that there have no show in Ramadhan month. Then, we recommend to go others place like museum, beach, island and market. At the market, she can buy the batik and songket. She also asked about the traditional food and we adviced her to go market and get the 'kuih muih'. We also told her to buy the Nasi Kerabu that called The Blue Rice. She look excited and want to try it.
