Musaddiq Mohamad Khalil began his early education at Newcastle, England, where he was introduced to western history, education, and philosophy. Later, He enrolled at the School of Art and Design (UiTM), one of the earliest art school in Malaysia to provide Modern and Contemporary Art Education Syllabus. Here, he received several Dean’s List Awards, granted the Vice Chancellor Award during his undergraduate, and promoted the Young Lecturer Scheme (YLS) scholarship by Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) to further his postgraduate studies in Art and Event Cultural Management. Later then, he was awarded the Excellence Service Award (APC2020) as academic member by the management of UiTM. Currently he lectures from the Department of Liberal studies on Art Appreciation, Art History, Social and Cultural Studies, Contemporary Malaysian Art and more.

His knowledge in Art Management has brought the management of UiTM Melaka in appointing him as Art Gallery Manager in 2022. Where he curated art exhibition shows for education institutions (IPGTHO), as well as hotel gallery show (La Crista Hotel Melaka). Furthermore, his passion in writing art appreciation revolves through his apprenticeship from Malaysian Art Historian, Associate Professor Mohamad Khalil Amran. Nevertheless, he is the chief editor of GASZI Art Magazine, as well as DCURVE Art Gallery Magazine respectively. Moreover, his expertise in areas listed above has acknowledged him as a trained Visual Art National Textbook reviewer in 2019, by Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).

In consequence, his competency on areas regarding art appreciation, has lead him to share his thoughts, Ideas, and experience as Art Talk Representative in relation to some of the University’s MOU/MOA, at International collaboration programs, such as Melaka-Thailand Art and Culture (MTAC2018), UiTM Melaka Edutourism (BIZPITCH2018), Melaka-Chiang Rai Arts and Culture (MCHAC2019). Meanwhile, he is an active member of the Public Art Creative Aesthetics & Quality (PACAQ) group since 2020, under the Social Creativity & Innovation (SCI ReNeU) entity from UiTM.

Last but not least, he believes that knowledge on Arts and Visual Culture is essential, in developing self-identity, self-consciousness, as well as cultivating a sense of belonging towards one’s country and society.
