         <title>I think the start of these conversations have unearthed the need for open, honest conversations where there are norms set for working through and helping each other move forward for the sake of our students. Even if someone doesn&#39;t need help in the race department ... they might need help in other areas that could be harmful to students as well. And these discussions/book studies/professional development could help focus staff on working through gender issues, etc. </title>
