         <description><![CDATA[<p>Röst is a traditional dish from Switzerland. You need for rösti potato, salt, butter or oil and if you like bacon. You can eat it for breakfast, lunch oder dinner it dosn‘t matters. First wash the potatoes and cook them for about 10 minutes. After that you have to cool down and peel them. If they are cold you can great them. Put the butter or oil in a pan and hit it. Optional fry the bacon cubes in the pan briefli. Add the grated potatoes to the bacon, mix them together and fry them. Add also a little but of salt and let it cook for about 10 minutes soon they are a little bit brown (golden). You can eat the rösti also with cheese or fried eggs. </p>]]></description>

         <title>Pozole</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ingredients </p><p>Garlic</p><p>Guajillo chilli</p><p>Ancho chilli</p><p>Laurel</p><p>Pozolero corn</p><p>Pork (can also be chicken or any type of meat)</p><p>Pepper</p><p>Oregano</p><p>Cloves </p><p>Onion</p><p><br></p><p>Method </p><p>First you boil the water with the onion, garlic and a pinch of salt, then at the first boil you add the corn and leave it for an hour.</p><p><br></p><p>After an hour, add the meat (chicken, pork, beef) and leave it to cook for an hour and a half.When the meat is tender, remove the onion, garlic and bay leaf.</p><p><br></p><p>While the meat its cooking the chillies will be bled with water, onion, garlic, pepper and cloves.</p><p><br></p><p>After, you strain the mixture and add it to the meat and let it finish cooking for half an hour.</p><p><br></p><p>Now you can eat it with toast, onions, radishes and if  you want, even salsa.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <title>Coq au vin ( French Dish )</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Ingredients:</p><p><br/></p><p>Chicken thighs (or a whole chicken, cut up)</p><p>Bacon lardons</p><p>Red wine (preferably Burgundy)</p><p>Button mushrooms</p><p>Carrots</p><p>Onion</p><p>Garlic cloves</p><p>Bouquet garni (thym, bay leaf)</p><p>Flour</p><p>Olive oil</p><p>Salt, pepper</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Steps:</p><p><br/></p><p>Preparation: Slice carrots, chop onion and garlic. Clean and slice mushrooms.</p><p><br/></p><p>Brown the chicken: Heat olive oil in a oven. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown on all sides. Set aside.</p><p><br/></p><p>Cook vegetables and lardons: In the same pot, sauté lardons, onion, garlic, and carrots.</p><p><br/></p><p>Add flour and wine: Sprinkle flour over the mixture, then pour in the red wine. Add the bouquet garni and return the chicken to the pot.</p><p><br/></p><p>Simmer: Cover and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.</p><p><br/></p><p>Add mushrooms (optional): A few minutes before finishing, add the mushrooms. Adjust seasoning.</p><p><br/></p><p>Serve: Remove the bouquet garni and serve hot with potatoes or bread.</p><p><br/></p><p>Side dish: MY GRANDMOTHER FRENCH FRIES !</p>]]></description>
