I then went on to research OCD clinics and tried to find a helpline or email that I could get in contact with to have a interview with so that I can get a real perspective on what it is like living with OCD and the struggles it may cause on a day to day basis this interview if I am able to make it happen will be very good for my project as it will be more research that is linked to making my project more realistic and more enjoyable for my audience because it is all true facts instead of me making factual short film with nothing but guessing and false research. I started by organising everything and I complete a crew profile for me and a production schedule which isn't finished just yet but these were two documents I manage to complete today as after lunch we had a workshop with dave on after effects which I personally found very useful, he went over the basic tools, 3D text, Colour gradient, some animation and some other small things on after effects. The workshop was really useful and interesting because it gave me an idea for an intro to my shortfall which I think will look much better than just a plain background and still text. I had a look at the feedback Loraine gave me on showbie and it was just a couple spelling mistakes that I changed and I had to do my action plan which I decided to re do as it wasn't good enough to hand in and I added a bibliography full of the research I have completed over the past couple weeks. In the action plan I added: what I will be doing, what I need to complete that task, how long it would take etc... I put in all of the information relevant to that task. Once I finished the action plan and everything on task 1 I read over both documents making sure they are all ready for submission and done to the best ability and ready to get a merit which is what I am hoping to get. I also had a look at the pre-production documents I completed and had to re do my equipment booking sheet because the original file corrupted and I had to re do it, I could have overcome this by making copies of the document and uploading it to pallet or showbie but unlucky enough the equipment booking sheet was the only document I hadn't uploaded. I then continued to go back to my station and work on a production schedule which I will update everyday of how filming went and if experienced and problems with filming and the stage I am up too. This will ensure i stay on date to what i have put down to make sure i leave myself enough to edit and film etc.. so i don't fall behind on anything and miss the deadline, i will stay on target due to this production schedule. On the schedule I wrote when I am filming, when I am editing, the different dealings throughout the rest of the project and when I will start to make promotional material,. On that topic I started thinking about what promotional material I could do and I thought about making a website dedicated to the different mental illnesses included within my short film so that if the audience wants to know more then they can go to the website and have a look at the mental illnesses and leant more about them, i think this is especially effective for the audience's sake because it's somewhere they can go if they have questions about the film and want to know more on the mental disorders.

My influence for my film is a cinematographer called Casey Neistat, the reason he is my influence is because he makes these amazing short films full of amazing cinematic shots and manages to tell a story in a such an interesting way and thats what I've focused on telling a story in a way that will make it interesting for the audience to watch and learn from. I achieved more than i thought i would today which is absolutely great because it means that's i am not behind schedule. i manged to complete the editing of my scene 1 and my scene 2 and start of scene 3 which is good because i only have a couple more scenes after that and they shouldn't take too long to edit as i have chosen to edit my piece in a very long and tedious way but at the start it was difficult to manage and figure out what was needed to be cut out and what i wanted to stay but as i have progressed with scene 1 and 2 i feel more confident in this editing style and am comfortable with the technique that i feel like i can take that knowledge and use it for future projects. I do feel myself slowly start to lose focus in this tedious task however what i thinked helped a lot was being in college on my study day where no one is around to distract me and i can just sit there and focus on what really needs to be done and have no distractions.
