What about a nnew job in last two or three years? Quite a few.

How many of you received emotional or physichological support while these things were happening?
Not so many.
--Very few people  seek help during the changes.
--In general only when things become catastrophic they make the effort to seek out help. 
--e.g. New mother who can no longer cope due post-natal depression.
