I have found different application and technology I could use for this type of round table discussion.
Moderator: She can use google document shared with the teacher, to give feedback to the teacher for next time and help the teacher assess the conversation.
The scribe role, the students can post a blog or live stream the key elements that are being discussed. This can be projected onto the smart board during the discussion. The students later can reflect upon what was discussed
Mapping role: the pen and mapping circle is great to use, maybe the students can smart application to record who speaks the most and hasn't.
