         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have not come up with a means of implementing mindfulness into my classroom yet. As a first year teacher, I'm still preoccupied with just getting through each lesson. I will be trying to plan in a mindfulness activity, but with my classroom management struggles and my students having such short attention spans, I'm afraid that carving out much time for mindfulness might only set my classes back further. </div>]]></description>
