An internationalisation school plan should be made by the participation of all the members of the school, including students, teachers, families and non-teaching staff. If all these members participate, the plan becomes part of each single person and they become a group with a common identity.

International policy should be an important part of school life and prepare students to be citizens of the world. At the same time it broadens the horizons of teachers as well, who are then more willing to help towards that direction Other school staff and parents should be involved. Globalization brings many challenges.
In the future and already in the present, citizens around the world needed a wide spectrum of skills to be able to move in the world of globalization.
For this, it is necessary to improve the level of key competences and capacities; foment the quality improvements, innovation excellence and internationalisation;
enhance international cooperation between the various programmes; improve the teaching and learning of linguistic diversity.
