As of 2020, Vietnam has a recorded population of 97,338,579 people. Approximately 4,500,000 Vietnamese people are born over seas. It is expected that Vietnamese people will live for 75.47 years and will live up to the age of 79.

The economy of Vietnam is socialist-oriented market country. This means that society (not individuals) own most companies! Wich is the 36th largest in the world as measured by nominal domestic products and 23rd largest in the world.
