It is important to have teachers understand the framework such that the evaluation process is not a formality that needs extra prep but a true reflection of daily classroom affairs. It will also help new teachers be at ease if they understand that the framework is what we wall do in our classroom on daily basis but a great reminder of being mindful of our teaching practices.
