Al Faisaliah Tower is one of the most prominent buildings in Riyadh. It was built on an area of 55 thousand square meters, in the center of Riyadh in the Al Olaya district, and is bordered to the west by King Fahd Road and to the east by Al Olaya main road. The built-up area of the project is 240 thousand square meters, at a total cost of one billion and two hundred million riyals, representing a construction cost of 950 million Saudi riyals. [1] Work on the tower began in 1997 and it was opened in May 2000.
