English and Maths at GCSE. <br><strong>Experience needed to work in this sector:<br></strong>You will need experience working with children (preferably within a school environment)<br><strong>Useful websites for finding jobs in this sector:<br></strong>The schools intranet, Indeed.com, tes.com, eteach.com<br><strong>Current challenges facing the sector:<br></strong>Education cuts, Austerity, Artificial Intelligence.<br><strong>The future of the sector:<br></strong>more cuts, less children being born,&nbsp;<br><strong>Pay:<br></strong>Starting outside of London £23,700<br>Starting inside Of London £29,000<br>Pay will rise each year and is not depending on performance anymore.<br><strong>Working conditions and life balance:</strong><br>Work conditions could depend on the staffing of the school and depending on the area the school is in.
