Participation- Some classes, like physical education, may pose difficulty for children with orthopedic impairments
Seating-  These children may need special seating to help with mobility and posture. Schedules may need to be arranged so they don't have a distance to travel between classes. Elevators or ramps may also be beneficial.
Technology- Assistive technology devices may need to be used to communicate effectively. These can also help improve their motor skills.
Travel- These children may face challenges getting transportation to and from school. Federal law requires this be provided.
