This could protect us and save us from our sins by following the teachings of Christ which will lead us to the Kingdom of God.

2. I feel that God blessed me for my hard work in school and guided me in having good grades. I feel like that I have been rewarded by Him.

1. As I can remember, the ways to strengthen our spiritual immune system is Faithdemic where we share to others our faith to God. Another way is to Pray and trust God. And serving others can also be a way to strengthen our spiritual immune system.

2. One of my experiences wherein I felt God's grace is when I pray for a better score in exam and when I passed it I got a good score. Additionally to that, I always feel God's grace, as we wake up in the morning, we can feel his grace. Additionally, the time where I felt God's grace is all the blessings and luck that I have in my life.

3. God is good. He is always there with us, he loves us and he protects us and he sent his only son to save so we can be in his eternal kingdom. Another thing is that we must not distance ourselves, so we can unite with God. God is always there with us and he has a plan for everything.

1. Based on the sharing of Brother Andreus, we can strengthen our spiritual immune system by stop winning God's love and letting Him love us for who we truly are. We are to dwell in prayer and connect in God through the sharing of His grace and love, meaning we are called to not only keep our faith to ourselves but to spread it to others. We must love others and let God's grace change us and shape us to become better individuals.

2. In instances where I am losing hope, having constant worries about my life and in need of support, I feel God's grace embracing me. Sometimes, these moments are when I see that giving up is the only option and I doubt that there is something good in store for me. However, to my surprise, it is these circumstances where I strongly experience God's grace. He proves to me that, in times of failure and challenges, he is there to be with us and He will continue to guide us all throughout.

3. From the recollection, if there is something that I have realized, it is that God's grace and goodness continues to surround us despite the fact that we are sinners. God has willed to love each and one of us, even if we are full of flaws and imperfections. Therefore, we must be forever grateful for his everlasting love that he continuously provides us every day. Additionally, I have also learned that, in our faith, we are called to serve and love others. It is not only about receiving, but also sharing and giving God's love to others. Finally, I would like to end with the line that struck me the most which was "We are fully known, yet we are fully loved". God knows all the bad things that you have done or the sins that you have committed, however, he continues to love us for who we are. This only reminds us that God's love is truly unconditional and He will always welcome us with open hands, even if we have done evil things.

1. Brother Andreus shared with us many ways to strengthen our "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM," as well as the Faithdemic. Serve God by showing yourself to Him. I believe he stated in the Faithdemic part about all of his experiences with the girl he is now married to, his path in serving God, the way Brother Andreus was honest about where he went wrong during the exam, and the laptop he desired. All of these experiences point to one conclusion: put God first and recognize that God knows us better than we know ourselves and that He has plans for us. And by doing so, we can be strengthened.

2.I used to feel empty and alone because I didn't have someone to talk to. It was especially difficult for me because I had no one to talk to about my problems. I keep it to myself and don't even consider sharing it with my friends or family. I always pray to God at that time, telling Him that things are becoming tougher and harder every day and that I beg Him to help me. Where did I make a mistake? I was a good kid, I always prayed, I am a good friend and sibling, and I am becoming more forgiving, but why me, Lord? Is it true that I'm a bad person? Those were my questions to Him. Then, one day, I was with my friends, and we had an open conversation about our problems. It was my first time telling them about my difficulties, and I felt relieved that I had finally told someone. That day, I let everything out and believe that God's grace is when God listens to my prayers and sends my friends to help and comfort me.

3. God is always here; he will not abandon us in the dark. Unlike our friends, relatives, and lovers, who can leave us, God is always there for us. He truly loves and cares for us. You might feel He is being unfair at times, yet little do you know He has a lot of plans for you. God always has a plan for us and is always capable of saving us. As a result, we must trust and love him at all costs.

1. Based on what i can recall from the sharing of brother Andreus, We can strengthen our "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" by the Faithdemic he told us about, In what i can recall he shared us some stories of himself as an example, Him cheating on an exam and being honest about it being one of them. Teaching us the importance of faith including us listening to our conscience. What i learned from his sharings was God is good, God is forgiving and God loves us wholeheartedly. In which why we should learn to trust God and let him guide us to choosing the right decisions in our lives so that we will end up on the right path in life, in this our "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" is strengthened.

2. I felt God's grace in a time where i used to be the reason why my parents fight. I don't always expect them to fight over what i did so it is always so overwhelming for me when they do especially since i'm an only child and i have no one to let out what i feel about it, so i always have this pit of guilt and confusion in my stomach that i can't escape from. It was always hard for me especially when i remember it and it leads me to overthinking and having anxiety about it, so what i did was i prayed, i talked to God about what i feel and asked him to help me get through it, for him to strengthen me through this problem, and he did. God helped me get through it. After some time i was able to talk to my mom about what i'm feeling about certain things and it felt good to let it all out. When we talked, all the misunderstandings came to an end and i felt more relieved, at the same time gaining more trust in God, I thank him for his grace. In this i truly believe God is good.

3. My realizations are that even though we make mistakes all the time, God will always be here and ready to forgive us. That he will always be ready to accept us. I believe that God will never abandon us instead he will always guide to a better path in life if we put our trust in him. Therefore, we should always be grateful for all blessings and the love he has given us everyday. We should thank him because he never fails to show us mercy in times we have failed him. He still loves us for who we are and we should always remember that. God is good all the time.

1. According to Brother Andreus' talk, we can improve our spiritual immune system by giving up fighting to win God's love and allowing Him to love us for who we truly are. We must love one another and allow God's grace to transform us into better people.

2. When I'm losing faith, having regular concerns about my life, and in need of help, I feel God's grace embracing me. These are the times when I believe my only option is to give up, and I doubt that anything good awaits me. Surprisingly, it is in these moments that I am most conscious of God's grace. He shows me that he is there for us in times of failure and adversity and that he will continue to guide us through it all.

3. My realization after the Lenten Recollection is that it’s not just about showing that we are good, but that God is good. Faithdemic needs to be spread, but the pandemic needs to be stopped. The world should know that God is good. God's grace is always present, and it comes in a variety of forms. We should also open up to those who love us the most and bridge the gap between us and them.

If I remember correctly, according to brother Andreus, We can strengthen our spiritual immune system by letting go of our need to win God's love and allowing Him to accept us as we are. We must love one another and allow God's grace to change us for the better. In simpler words we must not be selfish and spread the faith he has given us.

2. I feel God's grace beside me all the time, but it mostly occurs when my family and I are facing problems. Every time that we face a hard situation for us I can feel God's grace engulf us and encourage us to not lose hope and put our trust in him. After all problems are temporary, but God's love is infinite.

3. Given the fact that we are sinful, God's grace and goodness continue to surround us. God has chosen to love each of us. We are called to serve and love people in our faith. It's not just about receiving God's love, it's also about sharing and offering it to others. God is aware of all our wrongdoings and faults, but he will continue to love us endlessly.

Through action and words I believe those are both nothing if you aren't pure nor true. This makes me who I am. My faith strengthens with my "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM", it does not only make me who I am but this molds me to a better person, with a better tomorrow, with new challenges to encounter and conquer.

2. I feel God's grace everyday. If to be specific I feel it everytime I feel down, and I feel anxious about anything. I feel his grace his presence and his support. When no one is there for you, he will always be there to the loops of your life.

3. My realizations just keep on growing and at the same time I grow as an individual. From being more and more appreciative day by day. And to just enjoy life, enjoy the time when you have bondings with your loved ones. And lastly I have then realized this but I want to reiterate that God teaches us, he is always there to forgive us ,to understand us, to guide us, to protects us and mostly to love us.

1. Based on sir Dreus Cosio's talk entitled "Faith-Demic: The Grace that Heals and Keeps," we can strengthen our "SPIRITUAL (immune) SYSTEM" by allowing God to love us and mold us into better people instead of fighting for God's love. Furthermore, we should spread love to other people. From the world around us, there is always God's grace within despite there are negative things that are happening at present.

2. There are days that I felt my faith is fading away since there were so many bad things that was happening to me to the point that I don't feel God's grace. Through my family, friends, relatives, and other people who continued to support me, I felt God's grace because I have my loved ones with me. There are times that God showers me the blessings that I thought I didn't need, and I am grateful even for the simple things.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, my realizations/insights is that despite the adversities we are facing, God still gives us graces but we just don't see it. Also, it is not our role to forcefully say the word of God to other people, it is our mission to feel God's love because we are made in the image of God.

1. How can you strengthen your "SPIRITUAL (Immune) SYSTEM" based on the sharing of Brother Andreus?

Bro. Andreus Cosio shared three concepts: removing one's mask in prayer, removing the distance of the hearts, and dirtying one's hands by being a servant. It highly emphasizes the title of the program, "FAITHdemic: The Grade that Heals and Keeps."

As we all know, prayer enables us to communicate with God. Unfortunately, in this pandemic, masks are prevalently sold to different parts of the world and ensure that we are protected from the virus. Although spiritually, we should remove our masks, be open, and communicate with God. We should not cover ourselves with earthly things, and we should receive Him wholeheartedly. As He is our Almighty God, He will never harm us, but He always protects us.

Moreover, one of the tremendous effects of this pandemic is that it made us socially distant. In a span of two years, we indeed missed a lot. Although it shouldn't be a reason for us to be spiritually distant from one another, especially from God. Instead, we should be closer to Him, especially since this is a time of uncertainty.

Lastly, many people at this time need guidance and assistance. If we have the capability to do something, even just a bit of help, from the bottom of our hearts, we are called to give. At this time, we should really be there for each other. Like what, Bro. Dreus said, "It's not about the amount; look at your hands, what can you do."

This recollection allows us to realize that the heavy cloud that the pandemic has brought upon us gave us light to spiritually see that we need faith. Truly at this time, we need His guidance through prayer. God's grace is always available, and we have been saved with grace.

2. Share some of your experiences wherein you feel God's grace.

It was a "hell" week during this school year. I had a tons of requirements to finish, and I had a lot of group works to manage. It was not easy; all I could do was cry and break down. I didn't know what to do. I questioned why we even have these numerous tasks even in online classes. Finally, I said, "Lord! Bakit ba ganito? Bakit ganito kahirap mga pinapagawa sa akin?” I questioned him. Of course, God won't help me finish my requirements, but he would genuinely guide me. I cried after that and then slept because of exhaustion. I woke up with a heavily because I had another day to meet my requirements. On that day, I was surprised that I had already finished multiple requirements before afternoon! Honestly, I am a slow writer, and I am somewhat a perfectionist. Thankfully, I only have about four requirements left to finish. I had actually finished all my tasks by evening. Although I passed one of my tasks late, I'm still glad I could accomplish everything. I realized that after questioning God, with all the trials I am conquering in my life, even if I question Him, He will still be there to guide me in my daily life.

3. What are your realizations/insights after the Lenten Recollection?

Bro. Andreus Cosio emphasized many times that "God is Good." He said it so many times. I actually learned that God's grace is always available. It has always been there, and it is up to us, Christians, to receive and acknowledge it. Furthermore, as the speaker talked about God's love and being humble servants, I realized that God never failed to love and take care of us. As Bro. Cosio mentioned, “Never niyang [God] hiningi yung love mo bago ka niya mahalin.” It is up to us, His followers, to reciprocate His love by strengthening our faith and returning back to Him. He likewise said that there is a Blessing in Serving, and I had always believed that simple acts of kindness could intensely make a massive impact on an individual. It is fulfilling, showing how we give care, love, and concern to people. Overall, at this time, as we call it "FAITHdemic," we should strengthen our faith, not hatred nor the virus, but His love and His Word.

1. To strengthen my spiritual immune system referring to mind, body and spirit, is the ability to withstand and survive in life, through all its ups and downs, and to connect more deeply with God and ourselves. Having faith is having trust. I have to trust with my entire being that God has my back and that he will help me and take care of me. He always knows what is best, but to truly embrace what he has planned for me, I have to fully trust him. Our trust is not foolish, for our God is both faithful and good.

2. I feel God's grace everytime especially in hard times where I need someone to help me and to give me strength everyday. Everytime I feel stressed with my studies I tried to think of something that will make me happy and to thank God that everytime I woke up in the morning, he takes care of us until the end of the day. I always remember the quote that my parents told me, that to "always think of God because everytime you feel scared, anxious, stressed, or unhopeful, he will always be there for you."

3. At this time of pandemic, many people have sinned againts God, and even though many people have sinned, he gave us second chances to change and to think of God's doing. We should always thank God for everything, he always showed us grace and goodness even though we have shortcomings in him. Lastly, one thing that we can do in exchange of everything that God has done for us is to always thank God.

1. Brother Andreus shared a lot and inspired me to strengthen our spiritual immune system and experience God’s grace. And many came to my mind from what he shared.

2. Not everything is grace but God has given me grace with a strong family bond. I have always been blessed, blessed and thankful that God has given me life, a future, and gifts of the mind. Waking us up in the morning is a great blessing, grace, and gratitude because even though we are sinful people he has given us the opportunity to change our lives to be good people. It is comforting especially when there are people who are always there for you and God is the one who gives courage for all of us.

3. What I realize is that the people around us are going to sleep to watch over you. Not everything we want will be provided by God but in another best way. Everyone will understand if they can't get what they want. However, everyone should be thankful for the grace they receive and be content with what they have because that is still a gift from God for us.

1. According to the sharing of Brother Andreus we can strengthen our Spiritual (Immune) System by exposing our true selves to him. It will be easier for him to help us if we trust in him and tell him the truth. We should always remember that God Loves Us and that he will keep saving us in our most darkest and difficult times. We also need to love and trust other people like how we love and trust God, We need to spread God's Love.

2. When we were diagnosed with Covid-19 I was losing faith and hope, we were stranded in the province, we had no internet connection, we can't buy food, and we can't go home because my father can't drive. But through God's Grace our neighbors and relatives helped us. They gave us food, they let us connect to their internet, they provided us medicine, and they helped us recover. After a few days we were able to recover, I am very thankful that God helped us even when I was losing faith and hope in him.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, I realized that exposing myself to God is a better option than lying to him. I realized that even if I lied he still knows the truth so why not just be honest. I also realized that we should not lose faith in him in times of difficulties, He will always be there for us when we need help therefore we should trust him. I learned that we should thank him for every blessing that we receive, even the smallest blessing we receive like waking up in the morning we should thank him. Lastly He will continue to love us and forgive us even we sin against him.

1. As I listened to Brother Andreus' sharing, I learned that in order to strengthen our spiritual immune system, we shall let God love us; according to Brother Andreus, we don't beg for God's love because He has already given it us, we should just only be open to God.

2. Every circumstance I have encountered in my life, God has always given me His grace and never once has He let me down. I have gone through many problems, be it in school, work, personal, or family, and in every single one of them, God gave me His grace that is why I was able to overcome it.

3. My realization after the Lenten Recollection is that we shall continue preaching and spreading the Word of God at all cost. Although, us teaching others to Word of God does not let us show other people that we are good because we live to preach to let others know that God is Good and not us ourselves.

1. As said by Brother Andreus, our spiritual system can be strengthened in many ways, such as spending time with God. This can be done by communicating with him through our personal prayers every day. Let us be with God whenever we see good things in our lives. His creations will remind us of him and his goodness whenever we see them. With this, we can become closer to God, even in the simplest ways.

2. God has always helped me during my darkest moments. Whenever it feels like I have lost hope, I will turn to God. An example is when I feel pressured and stressed out due to school work. I will pray to God and ask for guidance. During these moments, he is my hope and light that leads me out of the dark.

3. The stories of Brother Andreus made me realize that God is really good all the time. He continuously forgives us sinners, and that proves how merciful he is to us. He will never abandon us, even if we make mistakes. Furthermore, I realized how God can make anything possible as long as you do the right thing. It shows how much he loves us no matter who we are.

I. Multiple ways can be done to strengthen certain aspects regarding faith and spiritual systems we have; although, it cannot be done as easily as we can say. Being honest, inclining fun faith related activities sparks curiosity, happiness, and knowledge which is a fundamental part of the structure for my spiritual system. I am aware that God can bring importance and light to our life, we have a voice to be heard and an ear to listen. He is one of the main reasons why I strive for the best just as Brother Andreus clings to his faith even on the lowest point of life.

II. Academically speaking, it is undeniable that most students lose hope during these hard times we all experience considering that we forget to lend time and attention to God due to the amount of misfortune we face. One I can mention is when I lost the fire of passion in my heart, up to the point where I had no interest in anything whatsoever. It is such a miserable feeling to be a disappointment in everyone’s eyes. But one night, I prayed really hard without shedding a tear and I slept afterwards. I remember that night clearly, I dreamed of a big gold door with a man guarding it, it was starting to open wide and I woke up. I felt more refreshed that day & whether that dream may be a message or not, I will forever be grateful of the grace God has given me after that day.

III. There will always be various choices and options for everyone. A single problem can never stay permanent for God’s timely presence is with us. Being alone and isolating yourself away from your loved ones can never be an answer to a hindrance you are facing, God’s guidance will persevere through with your heartfelt faith towards Him.

1. We can strengthen our spiritual (immune) system by letting go of what we are insecure about and being secured by God's mercy, according to Brother Andreus. Surrounding ourselves with the people we love and cherish every moment/bonding we have with them can enhance our spiritual system. As a result, we must unite with them and not allow the devil to separate us. Finally, by freely lending a helping hand to those who are in need, by being their friend and source of hope in their darkest moments, and by being their bridge to God's light and kindness.

2. When I pray, I can sense God's grace as he responds to my prayers, and all of the positive things I asked for have occurred in my life. This includes the period when I pray for everybody's health as well as high grades in my schoolwork. Also, I can sense God's grace when He helps me overcome the problems and challenges I face in life, both personally and academically.

3. After the Lenten Recollection, I understood how fortunate and blessed we are. These things occurred to me because being fortunate and blessed means that God's grace is always available to us. Our prayers are always answered by God; all we need is faith in Him.
