         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>Sauteed chicken with cherries from USA is a delicious food that I teasted in American Restaurant in Torrevieja.<br><br>It’s made with some pieces skinless chicken thighs, sweet onion, halved and thinly sliced, one cape fresh or frozen pilted dark red cherries, one tearponn salt and one tearpoon red wine vinegal.<br><br>All ingredients shallow fried and cook covered untill the onion is softened.<br>Finally it’s must be tender and juice.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Is a Mediterranean dish basically made with fish and seafood.</div><div>&nbsp;All the ingredients are slowly cooked. Maybe is this the</div><div>secret to get a tasty and delicious dish.</div><div>&nbsp;A part of the principal ingredients it is made also with</div><div>other healthy ingredients like ripe tomatoes, little and this onion slices, olive</div><div>oil , natural bay salt and pepper all cooked very slowly .It is tender , not</div><div>salty but spicy. The French liquor "Pastis" that you can add to it ,gives</div><div>it a little&nbsp; bitter and special taste.</div><div>&nbsp;I love this dish....but only when my mother do it for me!</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I’d like to talk about my favourite dish: Broccoli Salad.<br>I really love salads in general, but this one is special to me.<br>It’s easy to prepare and chearply. Furthermore, you only need a couple of minutes to prepare one of the healthiest food in the world.<br>It’s a raw dish with: Broccoli, green apple, red pepper, pinions, which you can dress with a vinaigrette sauce. For that sauce you should have in your kitchen: vinager, oil, sugar, honey, salt ,ground black pepper and mustard.<br>Wash, chop and mixt the ingredients . Add the sauce afterwards.<br>It doesn’t need cooking methods.It looks very nice and colored.<br>Serve it once done, don’t put it off!<br>You’ll check that it’s tender and crunchy at the same time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of my favourite dishes is the chocolate coulant, also known as fondant or volcano. &nbsp;</div><div>It is a well-known chocolate dessert patented by a french chef, Michel Bras, in 1981 in his restaurant in Laguiole. It is presented as a small chocolate cake with a melted interior. As soon as the diner cuts the dessert from inside, a creamy chocolate sauce spreads all over the plate.<br><br>It is made of: butter, eggs, flour, dark or milk chocolate, cocoa powder and salt.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>If you are a fan of chocolate you should give it a go!!!!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I haven’t a favourite dish. I love eating and I enjoy going to new restaurants and tasting the new foods. However, I don’t like tasting some foods like insects or runny and gelatinous foods like ‘callos’ or ‘peus de porc’. It’s disgusting.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>I really like potatoes omelette. It’s very simple to prepare, you only need three basic ingredients (eggs, potatoes, and olive oil) and it’s perfect to eat at any time of the day.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>It’s very savoury, especially if you add onions in it. I prefer it if potatoes are shallow fried because omelette will be more creamy and less oily. It’s really tasty if eggs and potatoes come from an ecological farmer.<br><br></div><div>I’m delighted to eat this omelette with tomatoes spread on bread. It’s delicious!!<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Pepperoni pizza is one of my favourite meals. In fact, I love all kinds of pizza, however the pepperoni topping, makes it really tasty and spicy.&nbsp;<br>This thinly sliced American salami is also delicious in sandwiches and wraps.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>And, how we can cook a perfect melty homemade pizza?&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The secret is the dough: you can buy it, although making your own is always a good option.&nbsp;<br>The dough must be baked in the oven at high temperatures. This way you will get a crunchy base.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>What about the cheese? The undisputed king of cheese for this pizza is the mozzarella. It has the ideal moisture and elasticity.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>The cooked pizza has a deep red oil, and a slightly smoky flavour. Yuuummmmyy!!<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Canelons are my favourite dish, one of the most typical Catalan food, I love them! The tradition say that you have to eat them in Christmas, but you can eat them during all the year.&nbsp;</div><div>If you want to do Canelons you need to roll up minced pork, beef and chicken meat with layers of pasta. Then they’re covered with a creamy sauce called beixamel. To make it you must melt butter with flour and milk. Finally you have to add gratted cheese on top and put them in the oven to gratin.</div><div>They’re so tasty!</div>]]></description>
