From reflection 1, what made it effective is that the writer clearly shows how their opinion changed through research and gives specific real-world examples (like AI in finance and medical diagnostics) to explain that shift. Meanwhile, from reflection 2 I learned that a strong reflection should show personal growth and acknowledge both sides of an issue, even if the writer still holds their original opinion in a more balanced way.

I think example one is better because it provides clearer evidence, a deeper explanation of how the writer's thinking changed, and it connects personal reflection with the broader real-world trends about AI.

From reflection 1, what made it effective is that it clearly shows how the writers opinion changed after doing the research. The writer explains their original belief and then gives the specific examples that changed their thinking. this is important because it shows the deep research that this person did. meanwhile from reflection 2, i learn that it is important to look at both sides of the issue. The writer admits they were focusing too much on the negative side and realizes that there are also positive impacts.

I think Example 1 is better, because it gives more detailed explanations and stronger evidence. The writer uses clear examples to support how their opinion changed, and they connect their reflection to the real world. it feels deeper and is stronger

I believe example 2 is better because it is more personal. The writer relates the issue to their own experience, making the reflection more genuine. They also mention the negative and positive impacts of digitalization, which shows their thinking.

This shows critical thinking and real learning from research.

Meanwhile, from reflection 2, I learn that reflection is strong when the writer honestly admits their past bias and shows a balanced understanding after researching, including both positives and negatives. I think Example 1 is better, because it gives more detailed evidence, uses clearer reasoning, and shows deeper analysis of how the writer’s thinking evolved.

1. From reflection 1 what made it effective is how the writer shows how their opinion changed over time by explaining what they believed before, what new evidence they found through research, and how that evidence challenged their original view. The reflection is detailed and includes specific examples, such as AI in finance, healthcare, and elder care, which makes the learning process feel realistic and thoughtful. Reflection 2 is good, clear and simple.

I think example 1 is better because it demonstrates deeper critical thinking and reflection. The writer not only explains their change in perspective but also discusses contradictions in their thinking and how different examples influenced them. This shows a stronger engagement with the topic and a more developed reflection process compared to example 2, which is clear but less detailed in showing how the writer’s thinking evolved.

Both reflections are effective because they clearly show how the writers’ perspectives changed after research. In Example 1, the writer explains how they originally believed AI would only replace simple jobs, but later realized it can also perform complex tasks like financial analysis and medical diagnostics. The use of real-world examples strengthens the reflection and shows deeper critical thinking. In Example 2, the writer effectively acknowledges their personal bias about digitalization and consumer behavior. By reflecting as an Indonesian citizen, the writer adds a strong personal connection and demonstrates balanced thinking by recognizing both positive and negative impacts.

Overall, Example 1 is slightly stronger because it combines personal growth with broader global implications and stronf evidence. It shows not only a shift in opinion but also deeper analysis of future consequences. While Example 2 is thoughtful and honest, Example 1 presents a more well supported reflection, making it more convincing and academically strong.
